An addition to Shylok's post Read the blog post here.
Basically saying, if you're running on older hardware (Radeon 7000 series or GeForce 2 series), you'll really want to upgrade your stuff. Then by next winter you'll want atleast a Radeon x1300 or GeForce 6 series card.
